Square Peg Communications made a strong impression at SATELLITE 2019, showcasing the Company’s newly announced Radio Link Simulator product line. The conference is the satellite industry’s premier event and this year was the largest to date attracting over 15,000 attendees from 105 countries.
Square Peg’s exhibit received a steady stream of visitors, with a wide audience that ranged from satellite operators and network equipment and terminal manufacturers to service providers and end users. Visitors to the booth were given a hands-on demonstration of the versatile and powerful Radio Link Simulator with its intuitive touch-screen interface. A hot topic of discussion was the increasing complexity of next-generation constellations, and the need for representative verification in the lab prior to deployment so that quality of service can be ensured. Many visitors described scenarios in which the RLS would be a perfect fit for their needs.
Square Peg is now incorporating suggestions received at the show into its ongoing RLS product developments, including a 600 MHz version of the RLS to be released in 2020.
In addition to the RLS, Square Peg had a BGAN Physical Layer Tester on display and promoted the Company’s experience and products for base station and OEM subsystem applications.
