Using its simple yet powerful user interface, Square Peg’s demonstration at SATELLITE 2019 will show how its new Radio Link Simulator can apply channel impairments such as noise, delay, Doppler, and fading to signals distributed over a wide RF band. The demonstration will also show the capability of the simulator to model the effects on path delay and Doppler shift resulting from the dynamically changing separation between the transmitter or receiver and the satellite, as would be seen, for example, with aeronautical terminals and/or LEO satellite constellations.
